Working closely with account managers, you help keep customers happy and support the growth of the company.
Your day includes processing customer orders, answering questions by phone and email, and helping the sales team with administrative tasks. You will switch between different tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. It is important to think ahead and take responsibility for improving processes and giving the best service to customers.
